Pre Sale Questions

Provided the item you wish to return is unworn and has the original tags attached, you are welcome to return the item to us within 30 days of delivery.

We sincerely apologise to learn that you have received the incorrect item. Please contact our customer service team via email at info@heuristek.com, and we shall resolve this matter for you as promptly as possible. Don’t forget to attach a picture of the invoice that you received inside your parcel as well as the garments that you received. We will try and get this fixed for you as quickly as possible.

At the foot of each product page, you will find our size guide, covering both women's and men's sizes. For most items, we reference the size worn by the model and provide detailed information on the garment's fit. Should you have any questions about how our garments fit or need recommendations, feel free to contact our team.

Should your consignment note number prove untraceable, please contact our customer service team via email at info@heuristek.com. We shall endeavour to resolve this matter for you as promptly as possible.

Please check any secure locations where the parcel may have been placed. Should you still be unable to locate the parcel, please contact our customer service team via our email address: info@heuristek.com.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.
